e.g. A Running back finishes a game with 110 yards and 2 TDs
The running back will score 46 points for his game; 22 points for the rushing yards, and 24 points for two TDs (12pts each).

e.g. A Team is kept to 17 points, and the quarterback has been sacked 3 times, and also had 1 interception.
The Quarterback loses 2 points for his interception, while the Team’s DST will score 4 points for the play. Three sacks will also earn the DST 6 points (2pts each). They will also score 2pts for keeping the oppositions score to 17 points.
